Shipping policy

Domestic Shipments: During checkout, you can select a shipping service. If a free shipping option or a flat fee is available, the order is shipped via Canada Post Expedited, UPS or Purolator and delivered within 2-7 business days for most provinces.

We ship 95% of our orders in 2-3 business days. If we cannot fulfill your order within this time frame, you will be informed of the reason; then you can decide to wait or cancel the order.

Replacement products for warranty or exchange are shipped via Canada Post Expedited and delivered within 2-7 business days in most provinces.

If, for some reason, your package is "returned to sender," you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you.

Lost Packages - If, for any reason, your package is lost or stolen, please let us know so we can initiate a claim with the courier. We will NOT ship another item until the courier contacts us about the claim. If you are concerned about theft, please use a shipping address to a business or other safe place. We are not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages.

Important Notice for U.S. Customers

Effective August 29, 2025, the United States has suspended the $800 duty-free "de minimis" threshold for imports from all countries, including Canada.

This means:

  • All shipments, regardless of value, will now be subject to U.S. duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.

  • These duties, taxes and fees are the buyer's responsibility, are not included in the price and must be prepaid.

International Shipments - During checkout, you can select the courier, shipping service, and rate. Couriers may have fees associated with their delivery. We, Shark Electronics Ltd., DO NOT pay duties or taxes on international shipments - these fees are the buyer's responsibility. By clicking on the Pay Now button, you understand and agree to pay all fees associated with the delivery of your product and that Shark Electronics Ltd. is not responsible for such fees. We have no way to estimate the cost of these fees, and we urge you to do your own research before purchasing from us.
